For our client, we are seeking a Director, Business Strategy and Operations, Pipeline and Project Management (PPM) & Data Science (EDGE) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership across pipeline and project management and data science functions, helping shape operating rhythms, workforce planning, and resource allocation. The Director will also support executive decision-making through clear financial oversight, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. In addition, this position will contribute to business development diligence and integration efforts while driving operational improvements that strengthen R&D effectiveness.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $192,000 – $288,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief of Staff and trusted advisor to leadership teams in pipeline and project management and data science
• Facilitate executive operating rhythms, including meetings and strategy sessions
