This role of Director, Customer Engagement will play a critical part in the Shopping Strategy, ultimately fulfilling customer orders on time and in full. The team will orchestrate resources to deliver a better experience through substitutions, amendments, and inquiries.
This role requires working with technology and processes, overseeing initiatives from concept to scaling, with a high degree of ownership and bias for action. The director will lead the full team, setting goals, expectations, and motivating for a faster, better delivery experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field, plus 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area, OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• Cross-functional team or project experience
• Master’s degree in Business Administration
• Project Management Professional certification
