Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Senior Associate Director, Oncology Medical Affairs Strategy Team Member to shape indication-specific medical strategies and prioritized tactics that support product success across the lifecycle.

This role leads cross-functional collaboration within CDMA and with Marketing, HEOR, and global partners to deliver integrated evidence plans and executable medical plans for the US oncology portfolio.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in scientific/medical affairs, including strategic roles in pharma.
• Experience in oncology therapeutic area and US healthcare dynamics.
• Proven success in publication and scientific communications programs.
• Ability to translate market insights into medical tactical plans for launches.
• Experience with omnichannel engagement and evidence generation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop launch strategies and integrated evidence plans for oncology products.
• Execute medical tactics, data releases, and evidence-generation initiatives.
• Collaborate across Medical, Commercial, CDMA, and Clinical Development teams.
• Drive medical strategy by identifying opportunities, risks and stakeholder insights.
• Lead publication, congress and medical education strategies to maximize data impact.
• Design and lead advisory boards, expert engagements, and insight-generation activities.
• Apply omnichannel approaches to optimize scientific exchange and education.
• Contribute to budget planning and digital/omnichannel capabilities.
• Represent CDMA in business planning and governance activities.
