Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with minimum 6 years of pharma/biotech/diagnostic industry experience.
• Advanced degree preferred with minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement plans and ensure alignment with approved TA objectives.
• Manage congress, advisory boards and expert engagement workflows.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance and Procurement for contracting and honoraria.
• Maintain accurate engagement records in designated systems and reports.
• Escalate compliance or process risks promptly and ensure readiness.
