Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Oncology) for a fully remote role based in the United States.

The incumbent will provide scientific leadership for oncology trials, oversee study designs, and collaborate with RWLP and functions to win global opportunities. Requires a graduate degree in Epidemiology/Statistics/Public Health (PhD preferred) and strong experience in post‑marketing and late‑phase studies, with proficiency in SAS/R/Python and excellent

Qualifications

• SME in Oncology Clinical Trials.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health.
• Experience with a variety of study designs and post‑marketing/late‑phase designs.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R, or Python.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of projects with timelines, budgets, quality expectations.
• Oversee study start‑up and ongoing management; develop protocol, CRFs, SAP, reports.
• Lead win‑the‑business efforts: proposals, bid defenses, capability presentations.
• Develop trainings on epidemiologic designs and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare abstracts, podium presentations, and manuscripts to promote services.
