Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Director of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Oncology). You will serve as SME in Oncology Clinical Trials and provide scientific oversight across global studies, collaborating with RWLP management, business development, and operations to shape proposals and bid defenses.

The role requires a graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health, solid knowledge of study designs, and basic programming in SAS/R/Python; strong communication and leadership are essential

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health.
• In-depth knowledge of study designs including post‑marketing and late‑phase designs.
• SME in Oncology Clinical Trials.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of oncology clinical trials and meet customer expectations.
• Lead development and delivery of proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Coordinate with RWLP management to oversee study start-up and ongoing management.
• Develop and peer-review essential study documents (protocols, CRFs, SAPs).
• Promote scientific publications and presentations to advance company services.
• Train RWLP staff on epidemiologic designs and guidelines.
