Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Oncology) to lead scientific oversight of oncology programs and drive global business opportunities. The role involves ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality meet client expectations while coordinating with RWLP and operations teams.

The candidate will develop study documents, supervise epidemiologic design and real-world evidence strategies, and mentor teams across functions. Remote work is possible with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• SME in Oncology Clinical Trials.
• Requires graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Masters preferred Doctorate.
• In-depth knowledge of study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late-phase designs preferred.
• Basic knowledge of statistical programming languages (SAS, R, Python).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides scientific oversight of projects, meeting timelines, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Oversees study start-up and ongoing management; develops protocols, CRFs, SAPs, and study reports.
• Leads scientific advisory boards for safety studies and prepares manuscripts and presentations.
• Keeps current with guidance in clinical epidemiology and real-world evidence developments.
• Drives process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to win opportunities.
