Syneos Health is seeking a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Oncology) to lead scientific oversight across oncology clinical trials, shaping the global pipeline and collaborating with RWLP management, business development, and operations. The role emphasizes development of study designs, regulatory-compliant documentation, and cross-functional leadership in a remote-capable environment.

The successful candidate will bring advanced degrees in Epidemiology/Statistics/Public Health, strong knowledge

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health required; Masters preferred Doctorate.
• Extensive knowledge of Oncology Clinical Trials and trial designs.
• Experience with post-marketing and late-phase studies preferred.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in Oncology Clinical Trials and provide scientific oversight across RWLP management, business development, and operations to develop and win global opportunities.
• Lead development and delivery of proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Oversee study start-up and ongoing management; develop/peer-review essential study documents (protocols, CRFs, SAPs, study management plans).
• Facilitate scientific advisory boards for safety studies and produce scientific reports/manuscripts/abstracts/presentations.
• Help build organizational capacity and implement non-traditional site management approaches and RWLP SOPs.
