Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Oncology) to lead scientific oversight across oncology epidemiology programs. The role focuses on study design, execution, and regulatory alignment while coordinating with RWLP and other functions.

You will oversee protocol development, statistical analysis plans, and contribute to abstracts and manuscripts to promote company services. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Requires SME in Oncology Clinical Trials and a graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead scientific workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of selected projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Develop study documents (protocols, case report forms, SAP) and support study start-up and management.
• Lead scientific advisory boards and produce publications/presentations to promote company services.
• Build organizational capacity and optimize epidemiologic research methodologies and processes.
