Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Oncology) to lead scientific oversight for oncology trials and post-marketing studies. This role involves developing study designs, overseeing timelines and budgets, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact scientific results.

You will collaborate with RWLP management, business development, and operations to win opportunities, develop proposals, and ensure regulatory and data integrity across studies.

Qualifications

• SME in Oncology Clinical Trials is required.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Masters/Doctorate preferred.
• Knowledge of study designs and post-marketing/late-phase designs preferred.
• Basic knowledge of statistical programming language(s) (e.g., SAS, R, Python).
• Excellent communication, presentation, both written and spoken.
• Strong personal communication and team-oriented skills; Demonstrated leadership and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of selected projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop and review protocol, analysis plan, and study documents; lead scientific advisory boards and publications.
• Collaborate with RWLP management, business development, and operations to win global opportunities and deliver proposals.
• Coordinate study start-up activities and ongoing study management with project managers; lead scientific reporting.
