Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Oncology) to lead scientific direction for oncology epidemiology programs. You will oversee study design, contribute to proposals, and ensure regulatory and client expectations are met while coordinating cross-functionally with RWLP and operations.

The role requires advanced degrees in Epidemiology or Public Health, strong leadership, and expertise in post-marketing/late-phase studies with proficiency in SAS/R/Python.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Doctorate preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late-phase designs preferred.
• Basic knowledge of statistical programming languages (SAS, R, Python).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight for Oncology Epidemiology projects; ensure timelines, budgets, and quality meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with RWLP management, business development, and operations to develop and win global opportunities; contribute to proposals and presentations.
• Develop study documents including protocols, CRFs, SAPs, and study management plans; facilitate scientific advisory boards and publish manuscripts.
