Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to lead the Epidemiology Pipeline for Oncology. This remote US-based role focuses on scientific oversight, study design, and cross-functional collaboration across RWLP management, business development, and operations.

You will develop and review protocols, SAPs, and related documents, while mentoring teams and guiding post-marketing safety commitments and risk management activities. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Masters preferred Doctorate.
• SME in Oncology Clinical Trials with expertise in study designs and regulatory expectations.
• Basic knowledge of statistical programming languages (SAS, R, Python).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of projects and ensure timelines, budgets, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with RWLP management to oversee study start-up and ongoing management.
• Develop and peer-review essential study documents including protocols and SAPs.
• Lead scientific advisory boards and prepare reports/manuscripts/presentations.
