Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas seeks a Director of Labor Management to lead enterprise labor strategy, forecasting, reporting and productivity improvements across Gaming, Hotel Operations, F&B, Entertainment, Retail and back-of-house. You will partner with Leadership to align labor resources with demand while maintaining exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
5+ years in FP&A, labor management, or operational strategy with focus on efficiency.
Experience in large hospitality, gaming, or entertainment environments preferred.
Direct experience implementing UKG WFM Advanced Scheduling in large operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise labor management strategies balancing ops, guest experience, and finances.
Oversee labor forecasting, scheduling optimization, and workforce planning across all departments.
Establish department labor standards, staffing models, and productivity benchmarks.
Monitor labor performance metrics and identify efficiency opportunities.
Develop executive labor dashboards to communicate trends and risks.
Ensure compliance with bargaining, wage/hour laws, and company policies.
Lead labor analytics, workforce planning, and productivity teams.
