Qualifications

• Minimum of five years casino marketing experience with at least three in management.
• Strong employee management skills with groups of 10+ individuals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze customer information and make decisions on marketing and comps.
• Ability to obtain work authorization per gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Player Development Department, focusing on growth and tracking of tiered players.
• Direct growth and defection management of high-end players and oversee reinvestment programs.
• Establish policies and objectives to expand high-end and mid-to-high-end player bases.
• Supervise, schedule, and train Hosts and VIP Services staff.
• Monitor comp usage and ensure adherence to guidelines; collaborate with sister properties for VIP activities.
• Develop programs to build staff and customer relationships via telemarketing and written communication.
• Set contact quotas and measure staff activity; drive reactivation of defected players.
• Plan VIP events and oversee VIP room blocks and player qualifications.
• Provide feedback to senior management on customer preferences and expectations.
• Collaborate with slot and table games teams to grow hi-worth customer segments.
