Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Player Development and VIP Marketing professional in Pennsylvania to acquire and retain premium players. The role emphasizes personal connections, direct outreach, and event participation to grow revenue and loyalty.

You will recruit high-level players, maintain one-on-one relationships, react to guest requests, and support marketing initiatives to drive repeat business across on- and off-site activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field.
• Five years in customer service, preferably gaming.
• Excellent oral and written, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible in work schedule.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and player tracking systems.
• Ability to obtain required gaming licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a base of premium players with personalized service.
• Recruit high-level players via direct mail, telemarketing, referrals and events.
• Maintain ongoing VIP relationships and ensure guest loyalty.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly and calmly.
• Monitor comps and revenue from marketing activities and events.
• Represent the company in PR and marketing efforts on- and off-site.
• Support player development and marketing initiatives to drive repeat business.
