Boyd Gaming Corporation in Norfolk, Virginia seeks an experienced Table Games Director to manage the Table Games department, ensuring regulatory compliance, guest satisfaction, and asset protection. You will supervise staff, review procedures, and drive revenue through strategic oversight of operations.

The role requires leadership in hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations, with a strong emphasis on compliance and financial forecasting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in casino management preferred.
• Must have thorough knowledge of all casino games, rules, procedures, and regulations.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze operational procedures and practices and marketing strategies to effect maximum business and revenue related to Table Games operations.
• Review and analyze Table Games financial activity reports.
• Perform and/or oversee personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, counseling, evaluating, promoting and discharging.
• Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and laws.
• Prepare and/or review Table Games forecast and budgets.
• Administer and monitor established gaming and credit policies and procedures.
