Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in casino management preferred.
• Must have thorough knowledge of all casino games, rules, procedures, and regulations.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must have able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsabilités

• Review and oversee operating procedures and practices for maximum business and revenue in Table Games.
• Review and analyze Table Games financial activity reports.
• Perform and oversee personnel-related matters including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, counseling, evaluating, promoting, and discharging.
• Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and laws.
• Prepare and review Table Games forecast and budgets.
• Administer and monitor established gaming and credit policies and procedures.
