Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking leadership for the Player Development Department to drive growth and engagement of tiered card players. The role focuses on high-end players, VIP services, and cross-property cooperation to maximize player value and satisfaction.

The position requires directing staff, building relationships with customers, and delivering data-driven strategies to increase high-value play while adhering to established comp guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years casino marketing experience with a minimum of three years of management experience.
• Strong employee management skills with prior experience leading groups of 10+ individuals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy with working knowledge of player tracking systems and MS Word/Excel.
• Ability to analyze customer information and make marketing/complimentary decisions.
• Ability to obtain appropriate work authorization per gaming regulations.

Responsabilités

• Manage the overall Player Development Department including growth and tracking of tiered card players.
• Direct responsibility for growth and defection of high-end players and oversee VIP activities.
• Supervise, schedule and train Hosts and VIP Services; monitor comp guidelines.
• Coordinate with sister properties to support VIP activities and create staff/customer relationship programs.
• Plan and coordinate VIP player events and monthly activity reports.
