Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a Director Ticketing in Los Angeles to oversee ticket operations for tours, manage inventory, and supervise pricing strategies. You will collaborate with venue box offices, revenue teams, and artist teams to optimize sales and ensure smooth on-sales

The role requires 8+ years in entertainment ticketing, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with AXS and Ticketmaster. A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred. Must be available nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of related work experience in the entertainment industry and management experience.
• Experience in arena/stadium ticketing; box office experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AXS, Ticketmaster, and other ticketing platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Professional.
• Experience in live entertainment/ticketing and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ticketing operations for assigned tours and build shows with venue Box Office personnel.
• Review events prior to on-sale and advise on pricing and scaling.
• Monitor sales, opens, holds after on-sale and up to show day; review expenses and staff requests.
• Manage ticket prices in collaboration with revenue management and artist teams.
