Job summary

AEG WORLDWIDE seeks a Senior Manager of Premium Ticketing to lead the premium ticketing team and drive strategic initiatives that maximize ancillary revenues across touring and regional markets. You will plan and execute complex premium programs, partnering with executives and external clients to deliver best-in-class experiences and optimize revenues.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Sports Management, Entertainment, or related field.
• 6–8 years of live entertainment experience.
• Experience in ticketing operations or premium programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for Premium Ticketing initiatives across international, domestic, and regional territories.
• Manage ticket inventory, allocations, and reporting for revenue optimization.
• Develop, coach, and mentor team members to align with program goals.
• Schedule assigned personnel and support executive teams in workload balancing.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support Premium Ticketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service to enhance the premium experience.
• Represent the company at events and industry functions to strengthen client relationships.
• Oversee vendor relationships including procurement, contracts, and financial reconciliation.
