Job summary

AEG is seeking a Premium Ticketing Coordinator in Los Angeles. The role interfaces with customers via email and phone, maintains show files, and ensures accurate client databases for the Premium Ticketing department.

You will assist with inventory, pricing, VIP packaging, and collateral development, while coordinating with venues, management, and teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• 2–4 years of related work experience in entertainment or ticketing preferred.
• Experience with ticketing platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ticket inventory and pricing; maintain dynamic pricing.
• Coordinate back-end sales and provide data to increase revenue.
• Assist VIP and Platinum ticketing initiatives.
• Prepare collateral and sales materials; liaise with venues and teams.
• Research vendor statements and pricing discrepancies.
• Create and maintain event files and client databases.
• Assist with ticket counts, settlements, invoicing and payments.
• Participate in local events affiliated with premium initiatives.
