Job summary

AEG is seeking a Senior Manager, Premium Ticketing to lead the Premium Ticketing team and drive strategic initiatives across touring and regional markets. The role focuses on complex premium programs, revenue optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and client teams.

You will manage inventory, develop budgets and forecasts, and represent the company at events, while traveling frequently to support programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Sports Management, Entertainment, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in the live entertainment industry.
• Proven success in entertainment, sports, or live events with ticketing operations or premium programs.
• Proficiency with ticketing platforms and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership for assigned Premium Ticketing initiatives across international, domestic, and regional territories.
• Manage ticket inventory, allocations, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and maximum revenue optimization.
• Develop, coach, and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with program goals and company standards.
• Lead the development of strategies, budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support Premium Ticketing initiatives and drive business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to create collateral, enhance customer engagement, and deliver a best-in-class premium experience.
• Represent the company at events, shows, and industry functions, ensuring seamless execution of premium programs and strengthening client and partner relationships.
• Oversee vendor relationships, including procurement, merchandise development, contract negotiation, and financial reconciliation.
