Job summary

Amplity, a full-service partner for biopharma, is seeking a senior talent acquisition leader to design a unified operating model and drive recruitment results. You will align recruiting capabilities with business outcomes, define governance across stakeholders, and steer the selection and optimization of ATS/CRM and AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in TA leadership within RPO or professional services, a Bachelor's degree, and experience transforming enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years of talent acquisition leadership in RPO, staffing, or professional services.
• Experience selecting, implementing, or transforming enterprise ATS/CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a unified talent acquisition operating model aligned to business outcomes.
• Define roles, service standards, and governance across recruiting and key stakeholders.
• Lead evaluation and optimization of ATS, CRM, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
