Responsibilities

• Lead a global, high-performing People Services team to deliver seamless HR operations.
• Drive automation, AI, and data initiatives to improve resolution times and self-service adoption.
• Define roadmaps, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop and mentor team members, promoting learning and accountability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align HR operations with overall strategy.
