Boston Medical Center is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the full lifecycle recruitment across the organization. You will develop and execute strategic sourcing, manage a team of 10 recruiters, and align staffing plans with business objectives.

As a senior HR leader, you will partner with senior leadership to optimize recruitment processes, improve time-to-fill metrics, and ensure diverse, high-quality hires while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience with at least 5 years in management/supervisory roles.
• Experience with unions and employment law is preferred.
• Proven success developing and executing recruiting strategy to attract top talent.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the daily operations of the Staffing Department and lead the Talent Acquisition team.
• Establish and maintain recruitment policies and provide training to managers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement recruitment and retention strategies.
• Partner with leadership to assess workforce needs and develop staffing strategies.
• Lead strategic projects and report performance to the executive team.
