Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related field.
• 2+ years leading a team of HR professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of talent acquisition strategies across Tufts Medicine system.
• Partner with DEI to attract a diverse workforce reflecting communities served.
• Develop deep knowledge of business model, environment, and competitors.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders as a trusted partner.
• Build relationships with community partners and educational institutions.
• Innovate recruitment approaches and manage budgets; track metrics.
• Establish recruitment KPIs and monitor performance.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve processes and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with marketing for employer branding initiatives.
• Participate in TA technology projects and improvements.
• Stay current with healthcare TA trends and tools.
