Our client is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale its recruiting function. This role partners closely with executive leadership while overseeing recruiting efforts across sales, clinical, corporate, and operational teams on a national basis. The director will establish and improve talent acquisition processes, metrics, and recruiting operations to support continued organizational growth.

The Director of Talent Acquisition will oversee and grow the recruiting team, implementing talent acquisition best practices and driving continuous improvement in how the organization sources, selects, and hires talent. The role is expected to include leading recruiting operations in a high-growth setting and building the systems needed to measure and sustain recruiting performance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with recruiting leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and developing recruiting teams in a high-growth environment and partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives. Experience in healthcare and other regulated industries, such as healthcare services, infusion, pharmaceutical, or clinical services, is preferred.
