You will oversee a team focused on staffing, interviewing and hiring, leveraging technology and analytics to optimize outcomes across CBRE’s workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Ability to interpret complex business documents and data.

Responsibilities

• Direct staffing operations and recruiting programs.
• Seek best practices and strategic tools for excellence.
• Ensure ATS compliance across the recruiting process.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics for improvements.
• Develop and manage CBRE employment brand.
• Prepare and manage the recruitment budget.
• Lead staff in staffing, training, development and retention.
