Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in human resources or related field or comparable combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing operations and programs by directing all recruiting activities and operational processes.
• Develops and maintains performance metrics for benchmarking and insights for program/process improvements.
• Leverages technology to support staffing initiatives.
• Develops and manages the recruitment budget.
• Develops CBRE employment brand.
