Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; 10+ years in full lifecycle staffing or recruiting.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing operations and programs; directs recruiting activities and processes.
• Develops metrics to measure staffing effectiveness and program improvements.
• Ensures compliance with ATS, interviewing and hiring requirements.
• Prepares and manages recruitment budget and brand in the market.
• Leads and mentors HR staff; drives performance and retention.
