Qualifications

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).

Responsibilities

• Directs staffing operations and programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and standard processes.
• Leads recruitment activities, sets performance metrics, and drives program improvements.
• Leverages technology to optimize staffing initiatives and data-driven decisions.
• Develops and manages the recruitment budget and CBRE employment brand.
• Ensures accountability and provides coaching across staffing teams.
