• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting required.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

• Ensures compliance with applicant tracking, interviewing and hiring requirements.
• Develops and maintains performance metrics for program improvements.
