Qualifications

• 12+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related field.
• At least 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing large regional TA functions.
• Experience with AI technologies in TA is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a comprehensive North American Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Drive workforce planning with cross-functional partners to align with business goals.
• Lead AI-driven recruitment initiatives to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
