Boston Medical Center (BMC) in Boston seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the full life-cycle recruitment, work closely with senior leadership and HR business partners, and manage the TA budget. The role oversees a team of recruiters and drives staffing strategies aligned with hospital objectives.

The position emphasizes strategic sourcing, cross-functional collaboration, and development of recruitment programs to attract a diverse, high-quality workforce.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 5–10 years in full life-cycle recruiting.
• At least 5 years of management/supervisory experience; union environment preferred.
• Strong sourcing and recruiting strategy skills; excellent communication and leadership.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of the Staffing Department.
• Lead Talent Acquisition team with strong leadership and direction to attract and retain top talent.
• Establish and maintain consistent policies and procedures for BMC-wide recruitment.
• Provide ongoing policy and procedure communication and training to managers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement top-notch recruitment and retention strategies.
