Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead full life-cycle recruiting, align talent strategies with business goals, and manage a team of 10 recruiters in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with senior leadership, optimize Workday recruitment workflows, and oversee the TA budget and vendor relationships, while driving diversity and process excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-10 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• At least 5 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Experience in a unionized environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State Employment Laws.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Staffing Department.
• Lead TA team with strong direction to attract and retain top talent.
• Collaborate with HR and client managers to plan staffing strategies.
• Oversee Workday recruitment module and reporting.
• Develop and implement diversity recruitment and retention programs.
• Manage relationships with search firms, vendors, and external partners.
• Present performance and trends to senior leadership.
