Qualifications

• 12+ years of in-house recruiting experience with 5+ years in biotech/pharma R&D.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and provide strategic recruiting guidance.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting expertise and industry knowledge.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates across diverse functions.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hybrid work schedule or frequent onsite travel to Redwood City, CA.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions for the organization.
• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans aligned with business goals.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through diverse sourcing channels.
• Create compelling job descriptions with Hiring Managers and HRBPs.
• Guide interview processes and negotiate offers to close candidates.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure candidate experience.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to TA initiatives.
