• Experience building analytics teams and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term Talent Analytics & Insights strategy with prioritized roadmaps.
• Lead and develop the Talent Analytics & Insights team and manage performance.
• Develop scalable analytical products and decision-support capabilities for leaders.
• Provide data-driven counsel translating talent data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead complex talent analytics initiatives using internal data, benchmarks and labor-market intel.
