Job summary

Haydon Global Recruitment is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting strategy across multiple sites and work-at-home programs. You will build and coach a high-performing TA team, own high-volume outcomes, and partner with leaders on long-range workforce planning.

Hybrid role based in Tucson, AZ, with possible remote options for the right candidate. You will drive enterprise-wide TA strategies, improve funnel metrics, strengthen employer branding, and oversee recruiting

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR with strategy ownership.
• 5+ years leading recruiting teams in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting in call center/BPO or customer experience.
• Experience running TA across multiple units/locations.
• Strong recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and workforce data.
• Track record of process improvement or recruiting transformation.
• Experience partnering with execs on workforce planning.
• Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies supporting hiring goals and long-range workforce plans across site-based and work-at-home operations.
• Lead high-volume hiring initiatives while improving candidate quality, conversion, and retention.
• Design cost-effective sourcing strategies to meet staffing targets and improve recruiting efficiency.
• Analyze funnel performance and TA metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to anticipate workforce needs and align hiring with priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to strengthen employer branding and measure talent attraction impact.
• Lead process improvements, system enhancements, and change management initiatives.
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing TA team across multiple sites.
• Oversee recruiting technology, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance.
