Hadley Designs seeks a Director of Recruiting to own end-to-end talent acquisition for growth operators and leaders. You’ll design and run the recruiting engine, source candidates, manage partners, and ensure a candidate experience that mirrors our brand. This remote, leadership-level role offers autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable impact on growth.

You’ll lead pipeline development, optimize sourcing channels, and report hiring metrics to drive faster, higher-quality hires.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in remote or ecommerce organizations.
• Proven track record hiring across marketing, operations, ecommerce, product, and leadership roles.
• Confidence and presence on camera representing a brand to candidates.
• Experience running structured interviews, test projects, and case studies.
• Outbound sourcing experience with high proficiency on LinkedIn and Workable.
• Creativity in tapping online communities to find talent in unusual places.
• AI capability, CRM and documented SOPs used daily to improve recruiting.
• Strong writing ability for clear job posts and outreach.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting pipeline management across LinkedIn, Workable, boards, referrals, and networks; filter for fit.
• Run Culture Index, case studies, and first-round interviews; manage candidate experience end-to-end.
• Sourcing channel optimization; build always-hiring shortlists for recurring roles.
• Manage external recruiting partners to our standards and terms.
• Develop new talent channels, especially in online communities.
• Monitor Glassdoor/Indeed; protect and improve employer brand.
• Deliver weekly hiring pipeline reports by channel and role.
• Execute reference checks by phone for leadership roles.
