Job summary

UPholdings is seeking a Director of Supportive Housing to lead the growth and operations of our supportive housing portfolio. You will supervise a national team of Community Partnership Managers and Tenant Support Managers, ensuring accountability and high performance in alignment with regulatory commitments.

You will partner with Development, Operations and Compliance to align program strategies, evaluate policies, secure grants, and report outcomes across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in supportive housing or related human services.
• 2 years of supervisory or program leadership experience.
• Experience managing grants and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the growth, strategy, and operations of the supportive housing portfolio.
• Supervise and coach a national team of Community Partnership Managers and Tenant Support Managers.
• Partner with Development, Operations and Compliance teams to align program strategies.
