Job summary

The University of Georgia School of Law seeks a Director of Student Affairs to lead student support, well‑being, and engagement. You will coordinate accommodations and mentor programs to help JD, LLM, and graduate students succeed in a rigorous academic environment.

The role oversees staff, mentors student organizations, plans orientation, and supports ceremonies, while partnering with CAPS, Accessibility and Testing, and other university offices to ensure access to services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience in student affairs, academic support, advising, or student services in higher education preferred.
• Experience coordinating disability accommodations and accessibility or student support services.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic support to individual students facing personal, social, or academic challenges and direct them to campus resources.
• Supervise staff, mentor programs, and coordinate student orientation and ceremonies.
• Advise student organizations and coordinate access to accommodations and mental health initiatives.
