This in‑person role focuses on supporting law students’ wellbeing, success, and engagement; it includes coordinating accommodations and overseeing mentorship, orientation, and student events.

The director supervises staff, collaborates with faculty and central offices, and ensures access to campus resources for a diverse student body. Evening/weekend events may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience in student affairs, academic support, advising, or student services in higher education is preferred.
• Experience coordinating disability accommodations and accessibility or student support services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic support to students experiencing personal, social, or health issues and connect them with campus resources.
• Coordinate reasonable accommodations for law students and liaise with ATO and faculty.
• Supervise the School of Law Student Affairs Coordinator and lead the team toward goals.
• Recruit and manage mentors (alumni, professional, and peer) for the mentorship program.
• Plan, oversee, and execute transfer and 1L orientations.
