Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in higher education, management, or finance preferred.
• Minimum six (6) years financial aid, bursar, registrar, or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of customer service and work assignments.
• Assess strategies to support student success.
• Coordinate with functional units served by the Purdue in Indianapolis One Stop Shop.
• Manage a three-person team and mentor staff.
• Monitor quality of service and implement improvements based on data collection.
• Assist in data collection and measuring of performance metrics.
• Employ performance management, including coaching and reviews.
• Collaborate with Registrar, Financial Aid, and the Bursar’s Office.
