Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington is seeking a Student Services Generalist for Student Central within the Office of Enrollment Management in Bloomington. You will deliver comprehensive services across financial aid, registration, records, and financial literacy while coordinating with campus offices to ensure accurate communications and a high-quality student experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in higher education or related field.
• At least 2 years in student services or related higher education field.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive student services related to financial aid, scholarships, enrollment, academic records, and related areas.
• Maintain knowledge of federal/state regulations and university policies governing student services.
• Support assigned staff with timesheets, schedules, coaching, and performance discussions.
• Collaborate with Registrar, Student Financial Assistance, Bursar, and campus partners to improve service delivery.
• Develop and support student-focused programs promoting engagement and success.
• Plan communications and outreach to increase student awareness and participation.
