Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the One Stop Student Services Center.
• Support admissions, financial aid, student accounts, and registrar functions.
• Manage staff performance and provide coaching and development.
• Monitor service queues and response times to ensure timely service.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Management to improve workflows and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain training materials and procedural guides.
