Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum of three years of successful district- or school-level administration experience.
Certification as deemed necessary by the New Jersey Department of Education.

Responsibilities

Directs planning, development, and management of student services district-wide and ensures compliance with laws, codes, and regulations related to student services.
Facilitates liaison with community agencies to meet pupils' needs.
Meets with parents to discuss program implementation and resolve grievances.
Prepares reports for Central Office Administrators and state/federal agencies.
Maintains accurate records and prepares reports.
Guides staff, parents, and community on district programs and compliance.
Promotes professional growth for staff.
Assists in evaluating instructional and non-instructional staff.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent.
