Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Director of Strategic Programs & Projects to lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will drive governance, standard methodologies, and executive reporting while mentoring Program Managers and other delivery resources.

The role demands strong leadership, risk management, and the ability to translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps and workforce plans that enable organizational agility and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in program, project, or portfolio management leading complex initiatives.
• Experience in high-stakes, cross-functional environments.
• PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Agile/Scrum or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery health for a portfolio of strategic programs and projects.
• Translate executive priorities into executable roadmaps and resource plans.
• Lead and develop Program Managers and Project Managers; drive governance and standards.
• Provide strategic guidance to navigate complexity and mitigate risks.
• Prepare executive-level portfolio reporting on status, risks, and financials.
