Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi-project programs, aligning delivery with objectives, contracts, and customer expectations. You will define governance, coordinate cross-workstreams, and provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and financial health.

You will mentor Project Managers, manage budgets and procurement, and drive continuous improvement, partnering with executives to set roadmaps and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP, PgMP, Prosci, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and independent working style with rigorous timelines.
• Experience with service delivery models and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience forecasting financials and budgets for large programs.
• Experience with global providers and distributed teams.
• Leadership presence to influence senior executives and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of real estate, professional services, or service delivery environments is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery and quality aligned with objectives and SOW.
• Define and maintain governance, reporting, risks, issues, and stakeholder routines.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions with urgency.
• Drive decision-making with option framing and risk visibility for leaders.
• Manage scope changes, assess impacts, and secure approvals per contracts.
• Partner with leadership to staff the program and onboard/offboard staff.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the program.
• Ensure procurement reporting and financial transparency aligned with plans.
• Translate program data into executive-level insights and status reports.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure timely, aligned communication with senior leadership.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and program performance; drive improvements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to PMs and Sr. PMs to elevate execution.
• Set long-term goals and roadmaps for the program or portfolio.
