Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the United States seeks a Director, Portfolio Performance & PMO to provide strategic leadership over portfolio governance, performance management, PMO operations, reporting, analytics, and workforce strategy across client account portfolios. This leader partners with Cushman & Wakefield and client executives to drive delivery excellence and financial accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 12+ years of project management, portfolio management, PMO leadership, or related experience.
• 10+ years of leadership within corporate real estate, capital project delivery, consulting, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO functions and governance across the client project portfolio.
• Establish, maintain, and improve governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
• Provide executive oversight of portfolio governance reviews and reporting.
• Drive risk management and continuous improvement across regions.
