Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of federal BD, capture management, or growth leadership.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance.
• Proven success in DoD/IC or Federal Civilian procurements.
• Experience pricing strategies and Basis of Estimate integration.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and procurement environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage executives.
• Active Secret clearance is required for this role.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end capture for large federal pursuits >$75M.
• Develop capture strategies aligned to customer requirements.
• Drive opportunity shaping via market analysis and acquisition influence.
• Build detailed customer profiles on priorities and decision cycles.
• Lead win strategy development including technical, pricing, and teaming.
• Partner with LoB leadership, Solution Architects, and SMEs.
• Coordinate cross-functional capture teams and resources.
• Prepare milestone and gate reviews per governance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, pursuit risks, and metrics.
• Mentor junior capture managers and support growth initiatives.
